Step 1: Meet NPC Dzao Lin at Salt Harbor(498,52) and dialogue

 Step 2: Pick up the Dynasty Founder Boxing Manual at Salt Harbor (202,39) and deliver it to Dzao Lin.

Step 3: Meet Bai Da Ren at Harmony’s Piedmont (180,211) to accept the quest, then collect 2,000 Hero's Order IV (dropped in level 60 Instances).

Step 4: Post a notice at Harmony’s Piedmont (169,164). Afterward, return to Dzao Lin.


Step 5: Defeat 300 Plumstead Lackeys, then report to Li Sao, and subsequently return to Dzao Lin.

 

Step 6: Meet NPC Dzo Puh at Twilight Ridge (493, -90) to complete the quest and receive the task to collect the Dynasty Founder Boxing Manual.

 

You have a chance to earn a Dynasty Founder Boxing Manual by killing Traceless Shin in the Skyhigh Fortress instance, Lin Pinzi in the Cyan's Downfall, and Tong Ingeh in the  Grand Pagoda.
